Aluderm Dressing Sheet 

The Aluderm dressing sheet from Söhngen has an aluminium-coated wound surface that does not adhere to the wound; thus, allowing the wound to heal. The highly absorbent layer of this dressing sheet soaks up wound secretion and keeps it from transferring back to the wound. The breathable Aluderm dressing sheet promotes skin regeneration and the healing process and can be used for covering surface wounds, such as burns and abrasions.
