MacConkey Agar

MacConkey Agar is a selective and differential medium used for the detection, isolation and enumeration of Salmonella and coliform bacteria. The ready-to-use culture medium is incubated for 24 hours at 35 °C and can then be evaluated.

• Crystal violet 0.001g/l
• Neutral red 0.03g/l
• Agar 15.0g/l
