McCormick Rattle

The McCormick rattle from 1M4 is a transparent high tone rattle for measuring hearing, e.g. using the Ewing distraction test. If the child turns towards the rattle or the sound stimulus, the hearing test is passed. The Manchester rattle is renowned for its reliability and user-friendly design, making it an essential tool in both paediatric and GP practices.

The rattle made of robust plastic is suitable for carrying out hearing screenings on babies aged 6 months and over as part of the screening process. After use, the McCormick high tone rattle can be hygienically cleaned.
