Efficient and Accurate Respiratory Pressure Diagnostics

The RP Check is a portable, handheld respiratory pressure meter designed to measure mouth and nasal pressures, including MIP (Maximal Inspiratory Pressure), MEP (Maximal Expiratory Pressure), and SNIP (Sniff Nasal Inspiratory Pressure). This lightweight and compact device is ideal for both paediatric and adult patients, providing ease of use in various settings such as bedside, outpatient clinics, and preoperative assessments.

The RP Check features a large backlit display that instantly shows test results, allowing multiple tests to be conducted for each patient. The device is fully compliant with ATS/ERS standards, ensuring accurate and reproducible mouth pressure measurements. The operator guidance system helps ensure reliable results by displaying a stopwatch icon if the minimum exhalation time of 1.5 seconds has not been achieved, prompting the operator to repeat the test.

For enhanced functionality, the RP Check can be connected to PC software for both live testing and uploading of results. The software allows for PDF report creation, which includes predicted values, patient details, test results, and both best pressure trace and all pressure trace graphs.
