Silkafix adhesive tape fixes wound dressings, gauze bandages, catheters, needles and probes in place quickly and easily. This skin-friendly fixation tape is made from artificial silk taffeta and coated with polyacrylate adhesive to ensure a firm hold whilst being easy to remove from the skin. Silkafix is water and dirt repellent, can be torn widthways and lengthways and is non-elastic
