The antiviral TOUCHME door handle covers from Innolution Tex are not only particularly economical and resource-saving, but also offer long-term protection against the spread of pathogens in healthcare facilities, nursing homes, industrial and office buildings, schools and public spaces.


The door handle covers consist of an antiviral textile that is permanently protected against viruses, bacteria and fungi and thus prevents the transmission of contact and smear infections. With the help of the textile protection finish based on silver chloride, viruses are reduced by up to 99.99% within the first 10 minutes. If the covers are visibly soiled, they can easily be washed at low temperatures without losing their antiviral effect.

How It Works

  • Oxygen-transporting enzymes are blocked, so that metalloenzymes, antioxidant defences and repair systems are affected and lead to growth disturbance.
  • Sulfur-containing bacterial proteins are deactivated by the disruption of disulfide bonds, which play a crucial role in protein structure and protein folding.
