TOUCHME Doorknob Cover

The hygienic TOUCHME door knob cover from Innolution Tex reduces up to 99.99% of viruses on door knobs within 10 minutes and is also effective against bacteria and fungi. By providing long-term protection against pathogens, the antiviral textile effectively reduces smear and contact infections.


In case of visible soiling, the doorknob cover is easily washable at low temperatures without losing its effect. The hygienic cover is available in various colours, optionally for flat or spherical door knobs.

Mode of Action

  • Oxygen-transporting enzymes are blocked, so that metalloenzymes, antioxidant defences and repair systems are affected and lead to growth disturbance
  • Sulfur-containing bacterial proteins are deactivated by breaking disulfide bonds, which play a crucial role in protein structure and protein folding
  • Possible locking of the cell membranes of pathogens such as bacteria and viruses lead to the rupture of the membranes
