Welch Allyn ABPM 7100

The Welch Allyn ABPM 7100 is a user-friendly blood pressure monitor for 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. The ambulatory blood pressure monitor uses validated oscillometric technology for automatic and non-invasive blood pressure measurement (NIBP). The device offers the flexibility to perform measurements both automatically and manually, with automatic determination of cuff pressure during the initial measurement simplifying the process.

A day/night button allows differentiation between waking and sleeping phases, which is important when analysing blood pressure trends. With central blood pressure measurement and Hypertension Management Software (HMS), the device provides an efficient and reliable evaluation of blood pressure data, contributing to the early identification of potential complications*. The event button allows users to mark specific moments, such as medication intake.

Thanks to the Auto Feedback Logic, unnecessary excessive pumping is avoided, enhancing both comfort and patient acceptance. Additionally, the monitor meets current AAMI and EHS standards and features BHS A/A validation, guaranteeing clinically validated results.

Ordering Information

HMS (Hypertension Management Software) For secure management of blood pressure data and their analysis and evaluation.
CBP (Central Blood Pressure) Measures blood pressure near the heart and provides a comprehensive overview of blood pressure fluctuations throughout the measurement.
PWA (Pulse Wave Analysis) Allows assessment of arterial elasticity by measuring the speed
at which pulse waves travel through the arteries. The results provide insights into the stiffness of the vessels.

Overview of the HMS Software

  • Statistical summaries for systolic, pulse, mean arterial pressure, and heart rate, including minimum, maximum, average and standard deviations
  • Graphical representations of BP profile, including pie charts, histograms and correlation charts for 24-hour period, along with separate breakdown for day and night readings
  • Editable report for detailed analysis
  • Trend analysis tool for long-term evaluations and support in medication management
  • Summary view
